Hello sir
I am new in macbook repair
And want to learn macbook repair
So i want to know which tools required for macbook motherboard chip level repair
And which software or tools need to unlock all macbook

You need a digital multimeter, a Microscope and soldering station, hot air gun, stencils etc. Most of all.. Patience and invest time to learn every day! Make notes of every video you watch

need BGA machine, unless you are very very skilled..

you can find all of them in dr bios website . just search motherboard model number and you can find them .
