remove pl1201 and test and replay .
did you removed that inductor ???

as you see by removing that inductor vga_core voltage not generate . gpu without voltage not working . so do you sure remove correct inductor ???
connect motherboard to adaptor and voltcheck both side of that inductor and replay result .
ok gpu voltage is disable . delete all gpu driver and reinstal . or test with windows live .
