Technical Support Acer E5 - 575 No power

Good afternoon
I have an acer that with the dc in, on the first mosfet in the gate I have 3.4v so I don't have the 19v output needed to power , if I make a bridge or eliminate the mosfet the board already works , but of course it does not charge the battery , I have already changed the mosfet and the bq24780 battery charger, any ideas how to solve it? I have already measured the other mosfets and condensers and found no defect ,

if all components is ok , replace the io .
