Technical Support Acer Spin 3 SP315-51 Pegatron ST5DB working very slow

Hi I have a problem with this motherboard. It works, but very slowly. The Intel i7-6500 processor works with a frequency of only 0.39GHz. What could be causing this problem?

There are many things that can cause this problem. For example, the failure of one of the ICs. For example, I had a few cases where the charging IC was broken and the device was running slow. Or the chipset was broken and running slow.
