i have hp LA-C501P NO POWER . when i check PUB01 (BQ24735) CHARGING IC ALL SINGNAL GOOD EXCEPT ACOK NOT PRESNT NO 3VOLT

WHAT SHALL I CHECK AND I ALREADY CHANGE THE IC BUT SAME PROBLEM
