Hello. We have this laptop, it was working, after BIOS flash it don´t turn on. We tried to flash there a backup of original BIOS file, but result is the same. Consumption 0.10A, laptop don´t turn on. We inspected motherboard optically (microscope) and measured all voltages are present. (19V,3.3V, 5V, 1,3V, 1,08V... ) also measured pins on ITE 8995, voltages present. We read on other forum that this laptop has some issue when cleaning ME region, (ME ANALYZER errors) so we think it´ s a BIOS issue after all, we didn´t find any reason that it won´t turn on. But there is an issue, then we plug in battery consumption remains the same (0.10A) after plug in charger. Also the programmer we use is Elnec Beeprog + (Dataman...) it´s not any cheap chineese programmer which most of them do lot of faulty programmings.
And after all we tried thermal camera, but not much results some chips heat up to 36°, that we think is normal operational temperature, (including CPU)

Please do you have any idea what could be the problem ? Did this model had any manufacturer issues?

Thank you for reply

Hello.
Send a BIOS backup to send you a clean ME file.
The current level before turning on should be 0.01 amps. If it is 0.10 amps, test the LDO voltage. LDO power supply is the standby mode of pch and io.(3VL)

IC inputs are correct. This information exchange IC starts with the processor. It is possible that the processor is broken, or the BIOS has a problem, or the IC itself is broken.
