Technical Support Asus F540Y , Board X540YA REV3.0, KEYBOARD DONT WORK IN WINDOWS

Good Morning
I have an asus that did not turn on , I programmed the bios file from the site and it worked , but now in the bios the keyboard works fine , but when it enters windows the keyboard stops working , I have already put another disk and formatted it and it does not work , However with the usb keyboard it works fine, any ideas how to solve the problem?

send the backup bios and i send the new one and reprogram bios with that file and test .

try ubuntu live(disk) pendrive, if works fine under linux,no hw error...
