On this model, we have three resistors that can be placed on the board in 8 different modes. In one of these modes, the system does not recognize the on-board RAM, which is usually specified in the schematic.
But because Asus doesn't have a schematic, you have to test different modes by moving these three resistors.

R2180=>R2181
R2182=>R2183
R2184=>R2185
