at first you must disconnect cpu from motheroard . i guess mosfet high of vram pwm circuit is shorted and b+ go to ram bank and cpu and pch . remove cpu and all of ram bunk and ohm check b+ to vram voltage .

ops , i sugest you watch all videos ( how to read schematic ) to know what is the b+ and all other voltages .
for this case b+ is 19v that input from adaptor .
for test it remove inductor that i marked on pic and after that voltcheck vram voltage and repaly .
I cann't teach you laptop repair in this section . you must learn it with video that we created for you in video tutorials and articles section of dr bios website .
