Technical Support Back light issue

These images are for toshiba satellite L655D-S5055 PSK2LU-015001. The system board is DA0BL7MB6D0 REV: D using amd processor. My problem is the backlight issue because I can see writting on the screen when turning on my phone flash light putted at the back of the screen. I've tried to replace the lvds cable and a good screen but the problem is steel there. To find the components that control the activation of screen backlight is very difficult without boardview file, so I need your help to manage this problem.

Pin 3: 3,3v
Pin 19: 0v
Pin 20: 0v

are you sure havent voltage on pin1 and display have pic without backlight ???
if panel havent lvdsvcc not show anything .
remove hall sensor and test . pin 19 and 20 must be 3.3v to have backlight on panel .

Steel no backlight with hall sensor(MR1) removed.I replaced It with a new one and got 3,3v at pin 1, 1,9v at pin 19 and 0v at pin 20.
