Prolink Mini Lap TA 09 DA0UW1MB8C0 rev : c) I tried many ways to fix the USB , but could not fix. power comes to usb but no data. how can i fix this, where i have to see. pls help me to fix this issue

The value of the diode resistance of the data paths(D+,D-) must be the same and a high number.
If there is a problem with the values of the diodes, you should use alternative wiring. You can use the USB path of the camera or RAM reader.
There is an inductor or resistor on the data path to the chipset that needs to be replaced.

If the values were normal and the problem was not solved by software and installing the driver and operating system, there is a problem in the chipset.
