HI ... I have dell optiplex 5040 desktop , when it comes to me the fault was 2 times amber blinking followed by 7 times amber blinking , according to the error code obtained from dell support web page I tried to reprogram the bios ( the bin from dr.bios ) after programmed it shows now 2 times amber blinking followed by 1 times amber blinking according to the error code it is the faulty CPU , I tried to change the processor many times no change , appriciate any help
