dell inspiron 13 7000 , the first problem was it turn on but no fan spinning and display , when I reprogram the bios the pc start for a second , the fan spinning and goes off
during this time all voltages systmpwr ok , PLTRST OK BUT ONLY VCC CORE voltage is missing any help

reprogram bios with another file (clear me that file first).

i cant undrestand .what is your means "there was no program in the IC but no help " . i send you ok bios file and its not empty .

no no.. what I mean was the original EC bios was empty on ASCII on programmer , Now I program the EC with file you gave me with the original PCH bios file and it is working
