Dear sir/madam
Please help me, I have a laptop model no.is latitude 3380, My problem is three time red or five time white lights blink ,
I check motherboard voltage rails 19v input v ,3.3v,5v,1.2v okay , Motherboard load is 0.055to59 fluctuation, what is problem in this motherboard please reply quick response my question

Hello.
Did you program the BIOS?
Check the voltage resistance of different parts of the board, it may have a connection part.
