19v present in motherboard or 3/5v not present in motherboard ,how to repair please help me ,which point check do

what is the motherboard part number.

Hi,

Start by checking: VCCRTC line, should be 3.3v
second: check the first two MOSFETs and the charging IC working conditions.
Do you know how to check the charging IC pins?
Check if u have voltage on BIOS pin 1(3v3), pin 8 (3v3)..
