Check RAM and RAM slots and peripherals on the motherboard.
Measure the voltage and check the state of the voltages on the motherboard.
If you have all the voltages and no picture, test the VGA output.
Try with another BIOS.
Try with another adapter.
Finally, if everything was normal and you didn't have an image, reflash the chipsets.
