Does it not recognize the new hard drive or its old hard drive?
It doesn't recognize it in the Windows installation environment or it doesn't show up in the setup at all?
If it is not recognized in the setup: have you tried with another hard drive?
If it is not recognized in the Windows installation environment:
It may be GPT support or MBR support and you must choose the hard drive format or Windows type correctly.
