I have Optipex 790 case with ram detection Error it start properly with blue led power button , but it indicated 1,3,2 beep sound I tried to swamp with the working ram , cleaning slot and bios reprogramming but no help , I have schematic but unable to which section is responsible for this king of problem . Please any help

If the RAM is ddr3 type:
pins:51,54,.. =1.5 volts
pins:240,120 =0.75 volts
vddspd pin:236 =3volt
smbclk =3v pin:118
smbdata =3v pin:238
reset 1.5v pin=168
be checked
