Technical Support Dell Vostro 3550

I wonder if any one can help me this GFX Volatge missing case.I am looking the vostro 3550 dq15 board, it is properly on and all voltages except GFX are fine , the fan spins normally and CPU and PCH ic getting hot but no display , I try to reprogram the bios but no help which part of the the circuit would you think responsible for missing of GFX voltage, I face similar problem for 3rd time that I could not fix it ( by the way I changed the CPU)

in many time i solve this problem with reprogram bios and ec with correct file . many components must be work correct to gfx voltage generate . if ram or cpu or bios have problem , gfx voltage well be missing . in some case laptop work correctly without gfx voltage . you mus t check many componentc and parts and signal in this problem . do you test laptop with hdmi or crt ? do you check EN signal of gfx voltage pwm ? do you convert dis to uma and test ? pltrst signal is present or not ?
you must work on motherboard yourself , is not exist any video to show you how to solve this problem , because the way of solve this problem is different in each case .
