I have this hp that even with the keyboard turned off, it goes up and down the volume by itself, I've seen the board I didn't find anything suspicious, will it be a problem in the ene? Thanks

did you test with another keyboard or test keyboard with keyboard tester ??
if keyboard test and ok , check connections .
if all is ok change io .
