pls i need help have hp 15 displaying but not loading windows

At what stage does Windows give an error?
Do you install via dvd or usb bootable?
Upload a video of the error.

usb it shows blue screen i try loading the sdd on another hp laptop and put it back still showing blue screen

Blue screen is a general problem with hard drive/operating system. You need to reinstall new windows on the hardrive... if hard drive is to damage, you need to buy a new one.

U can try to recover the data with data recovery software. But more or less, your data is corrupt.. Blue screen is always a drive/operating system issue.

it show blue while trying to reload windows even without sdd once it show windows logo it will show blue screen
