i have hp 15 displaying but not loading windows i try flashing bios to see if its bios problem but the backup is 8mb while all the file from ur site is 16mb try all not displaying while the 8mb backup is still display but not loading windows

Tell the exact model of the laptop.
Which file did you program?
Send BIOS backup as well.

bios file for this device is 16MB
i think someone before you worked on device and programmed wrong file
you need to put 16MB ic and program 16MB bios file

You probably have two ICs One 8 and one 16 mb.
