I HAVE HP 640 G1 ITS BOARD NUMBER IS 6050A2566302-MB-A0
ITS PROBLEM IS AFTER START UP THE KEYBOARD IS OK CAPS LOCK AND OTHER KEYS WORKING BUT JUST AFTER IT ENTER TO OS ALL KEYBOARD KEYS LOCKED AND NON OF THEM WORK , IT WORK BY USB KEYBOARD ( EXTERNAL)
WHAT I DID
CHANGE THE KEYBOARD WITH THE WORKING ONE
CHANGE THE OS
UPDATE THE OS
CHANGE THE HDD
REPROGRAM THE BIOS
NON OF THEM HELP
PLEASE ANY HELP ENGINEERS

If there is this problem with another hard drive and another operating system, and after loading the operating system, there is a problem with the motherboard.
Considering that you have reset the BIOS, it can be a problem with the IC (IO) program or the IC (IO) itself.
In a worse situation, the problem can be from the PCH chipset.
