Technical Support HP Elitebook 840 G3

Hi Guys,
I have HP Elitebook 840 G3 Laptop which gives me error: 90B
1. I tried to change the original cooling fan but nothing changed.
2. When I check the connector I found out that there is 0 V on the connector.
3. I can't find schematics for this board.
Can I borrow 3V from any other lines? Any suggestions?
