First, make sure that the RTC battery of the laptop has a voltage above 3 volts and check the path of this voltage to the chipset, that no part is damaged and the voltage enters the chipset.
Sometimes the RTC battery socket - sometimes the SMD resistor and sometimes the capacitor and diode in the path get damaged and the voltage does not enter the chipset.
If the parts are healthy and the RTC voltage is 3 volts, program the BIOS.
If it is not solved with BIOS, check the temperature of components such as IC, sound, network, RAM reader, etc.
If everything is normal, replace the chipset.
