Oh sorry, problem ist that, when I put my finger or screwdriver on this place, the laptop begin to work and charging normaly.
I dont need to push, it is enough when when I just touch this place.

are you sure when you touch that place laptop work ??? did you volt check the battery when you touch it ???
that transistor is controller of charging led .
