I have this hp that was working but it had damaged keyboard, so I replace it with a new original from hp, however now it doesn't turn on ... I've already checked and it seems to be fine, in terms of measurements, I always have it on the coils 3.3v 5.5v and 1.8v, what I find strange is that there is no sign of charge at the battery terminals and the power button has 2.3v, when I turn on the transformer, the power button and the charge LED only flash,
any idea about the problem ? I already programmed the bios,
