hi,
This Toshiba has all sub mains with good resistance and it haves 19v present 5vand 3.3v
when i power up he stands on 260 250 miliAmps and dont pass that! No screen or bios
the only one inductor with low resistence PL4 (diode measure 0,066) and i think thats the processor line! i have reprogramed bios and no change!
EC chip dont heat up
Any advice
