Technical Support I need a support concerning 2 PC here

1/1: I have one Dell Inspiron 738 show down the picture, problem state by if if I on it it will not display and the next thing is beeping 8times continuously have try to code it but still given the same beeping. So what could it be the issue
1/2 Another HP folio 9470m to when I on it, it wouldn’t display to the screen and next thing is cabs lock blinking I change the ram, have serviced the ram slot and try to reprogram the bios but still persisting with the cabs lock blinking. Please what could it be the solution.

no 2 hp. count how many time caps light blink these are codes

Please can you help me with boardview of that Dell please so that I can try to check for the processor voltage.

1/1: Try another screen, replace or clean the RAM contacts if it comes with a UMA motherboard
8 beeps indicate LCD failure

sorry sorry for big mistake i thought 7 beeps. 8 beeps mean your laptop gave display on external port butt there is problem in lvds cable /led or leds voltage dropped from board
