Assalamualaikum Mr. Hosein
I have repair Lenovo B40 LA-B092P REV.3 there is no display, checked on every pl all voltages are normal, but on pl1102 and PQ1103 it is overheating, is this a sign of a processor problem? please tell what is the next step to do? Thank you.

no , its normal if voltage is present and good . i suggest you at first reprogram bios and ec after do it and problem not solve , test with external display .
