Technical Support Lenovo ThinkPad P40 Yoga

Hello,
Pls my Lenovo Thinkpad P40 Yoga Keyboard and Touchscreen stopped working, I've changed the OS and the SSD. Still the same, but it was working before then All of a sudden it stopped working, still working in Setup... I've also install A keyboard driver from Lenovo Support.

How come it doesn't work anymore?
Was it safe before Windows?
I guess after installing Windows BIOS is also updated and sometimes this happens in Surface laptops.
Maybe the old version will be fixed with the BIOS program.
