5v and 3v appear momentarily then disappear

you must check all parts . you can use schematic . i cant repair your laptop you must do it yourself . share all test and voltcheck and ohm check maybe i can help you .

VCC3M is present (after switch on)
VCC5M_OUT is present (after switch on)
i have 3v at the power button

record video from laptop when press power button . and after you press power button 3 , 5 v disappear ? inject 3v to vcc3m and press button and watch current draw .
you must check all of component that vcc3m connected to them . you must check m_on signal before and after press button . you must know why that voltage disappear !!
