Technical Support Lenovo Y740 Burnt Out, Worth Fixing?

Hello, do you guys think this is worth fixing (see images)? I think the board layers are gone. The second image is on the same location from the other side. It's Lenovo Y740-15IRHg Core i7 9th gen, Board Model: LA-G132P Rev 2.0
Thoughts?

Remove the ICs. Shave the burned part with a cutter. After testing the resistance of the motherboard. If the connection is broken, it can be repaired.
