Technical Support LV5116A compatabilty

Hi, I have this chip overheating and wish to replace it. The original refernce is Lenovo LV5116A GQW 7DMBU. The only part I can find is LV5116A GQW 6MR5V.
Can you adise wether this chip would be compatable even though the final digits dont match? Do the last block of digits have any significance?
Its from a Lenovo Idepad
