Technical Support macbook air no display

hello master .. i have macbook air no display when i check the board the bios ic have corrosion water damage .. i replace the bios ic but still no display. . all power rail voltage are normal and present. . also if all voltage are all present it means the smc is good right? is there a time the smc causes a no display? if all voltage are present?

do you program new bios ic with ok file ??? its very important . if all voltage is present you must check all of the board . maybe one tp point is remove or one of wire is cuting . or display have problem . There are many reasons for this problem
