The motherboard keeps on restarting. +5v keeps on restarting. (+5v goes to 0v and again goes to 5v). On power ic ie: Tps 51980. +3.3v keeps on fluctuating from 3.3v and 0. slp4 from pch is fluctuating. Rsmrst is steady 3.3v.
now if i remove the Ram and apply the power , all voltages remain steady.
Any idea what should i do ?
Pls reply.

if when you remove ram and switch on the laptop all voltages is stable , its means cpu or gpu or bios have problem . Because one of that components have problem and prevent to complete boot . reprogram bios and test , try dis to uma or replace gpu and test .
