Greetings my friend,
The problem with this laptop is that there is no display, using the external screen is the same, but trying to use the outside keyboard, the Numlock and Capslock keys work well.
I took measurements on the CN2 socket

• pin 30 31 has a voltage of 3 volts
• pin 40 has a voltage of 19 volts.

Please help me, for the next step what should be done to find the problem.

salam alaikum,
Measure the voltages on the motherboard. Are all voltages normal?
Did you get tested with another RAM? Do you have a RAM reset signal on the 30 pin RAM?
