salamohaleykoum brothers anyone has an onboard ram disable for the model nm-c781 motherboard?

the issue is power on but black screen =>on pl5903 no pulse on the input is it a clue ?

One note:
due to the fact that the IC BIOS was dark in the video, I realized that the temperature of your heater is not normal. It is either too low or too high. Set the temperature of the heater to 430 degrees Celsius and remove the ICs.

thank you ahmad for the info finally the issue was on the core ic

no pulse on the input coil pl5903 (cf video) detect by dso.
