HELLO
I have a problem with a Dell LA-5472P REV 1.0(A00) no Display laptop, flash the bios but it still doesn't work, then take a voltage measurement on the coil:
PL12 PL12 PL13 = 0.77V
PL7 = 0.42V
PL18 = 1.05V
PL901 = 1.01V.
please all my friends' opinions, what causes the pl7 voltage to weaken, because if the voltage scheme must be 1.01V, I need a way to check it, please provide a solution. Thank you.

(pl7 )It has a problem.
This voltage enters different parts. One of these parts is damaged and causes a voltage drop that you have to go through the schematic and find the defective part.
