my laptop is dead. I've fixed it up. but not showing. and after I checked the 1.35v voltage dropped to 0,6v. what's the problem? what should i do so that the 1.35v voltage on the ram returns to normal. thanks

Voltage 1.35 enters the RAM and CPU and if the motherboard has graphics, it enters the graphics buffer. First check the RAM, then there is a problem with the graphics buffer or the CPU itself

ram its ok..but still drop. So i must replace the cpu?

yes.
remove cpu and test 1.35v
then replace cpu.
