Technical Support Not charging

Greetings,
I got an HP 1000 HP 1000-1118TX 6050A2493101-MB-A02 Laptop, the problem is not being able to charge the battery, I did a battery measurement not installed:
pin 1 2.6v
pin 2 2.6v
pin 3 3.3v
pin 4 3.3v
pin 6 3.3v
However, when the battery is installed the voltage on pin 6 becomes 0.26v and the indicator remains 0% in windows mode, while the jack indicator flashes.
Please give instructions on how to do it. Thank you.

1: you must test it with orginal adaptor NOT with dc jack convertor . original adaptor have data wire .
2:check with another battery

New battery, original charger has not been tried, well I'll try.

Have used the original charger but there is still no change, what is it?
