I have a GFX card that is running on a very good machine

PCI 4 , intel 11th gen NVME etc

Now the gfx card will install drivers fine and display desktop etc

however when under load eg watching a video or fumark it will instantly go blank screen.

I have reflowed GPU with a bga station and this has not made any difference apart from the screen is now blank when it goes .. instead of sometimes green or black

Any ideas?

Maybe a capacitor or not enough power?

maybe , but it is very, very unlikely .
you must reball gpu chip .
