Technical Support surfacebook not charging

i have this surfacebook and the keyboard motherboard is not charging.
motherboard: X948666-004
can someone guide me to fix this problem please?

The first thing to do, if the motherboard does not turn on, is to check what ACPI state the motherboard is in, for this it is necessary to review the schematic in the ignition blocks section.
Then you must check the inductors, that none is marking zero when you measure resistance to Earth, if it marks zero on the diode scale, measure again on the Ohm scale and post the values.
