I'm new with laptop repairing I would like to ask what is the difference between susp and susp# signal and what is the significance of that? as well as the run signals?

i suggest you watch all video of dr bios , we said it before . at all each signal marked with # is active low and without it active high .
ex : susp is active high ( it means when this signal pulling up , doing something )
: susp# is active low ( it means when this signal pulling down , doing something )
