On the Toshiba NB520 = LA-6858P Rev 1.0 it turns on but does not appear, I checked on PU180 at pins 5&6 the normal voltage is 3&5volt, at output pins 3&4 there is no 1.8vsp voltage when the netbook is turned on or standby, Please help, is the Ic damaged?

do you voly check pin 8 ? it is en signal of that ic and it must be pull up when system on .

did you reprogram or not ?
If you reprogram the bios and ec and this problem occurs after that, you will have to reprogram both eeproms with another files.
