I have this toshiba, it tries to turn on, it turns on the button light goes off and so constantly, it does not give video or sound in that process , it is connected to a power supply, without battery, with battery, I have changed the ram because I have seen that without ram I do not know reboots constantly (doesn't make any beeps at all)
I don't know whether to reprogram bios, the controller is nuvoton, I have svod 3 and 4
any ideas ?
