This is my first attempt at repairing a graphics card and I would like some information about repairing it.
The problem is not detected.

No short
12v PSU
12V PCI
3v PCI
5V
1.8V
Vcore
Vmemory
flash new bios
I do not know what else I could do
if anyone have more experience than me, can help me

Hello I experienced something similar to yours.
I had both BIOS and voltages were normal. Finally, I warmed up the graphics chip a bit and the image came up. Most likely the problem is with the chip pins.
