I have a dell latitude 5400 and tried to unlock it
I asked someone in Taiwan they said backup the bin file 3 times and i did and sent them the files
they say they can unlock it but ask for 25 use
can you do that if I send you the backups

unfortunately no
we don't have any other solution to unlock
maybe trying new bios will help

finally got the correct one
the attached bin file is unlocked and you can share it with others who get the same problem
i have tested and its working
