File Request late display Dell xps 15 9550

hi, i have problem with this machine motherboard AAMO la-c361p i download bios dump from this your link File Request - dell xps 15 9550 no go windows board number AAMO LA-C361p
now it working but with late display, 35 sec for turn on display. i tried to use injector software but nothing and than with flash image tool vers 11 because its me region file is 11.0.28.3002 but it show me this image allegate when i run software. what's good software for fix me region file?help me please.
