i tried to reprogram the bios chip with given bios bin. it has power before with light indication but now its totally off. 19 volts is present, 5 and 3 volts always present are still there no missing volts. bios chip has 3.3 volts. amperes from power supply still zero. ohms is ok too no shorted. what to do now? please help
